The 2011 BMW 5-Series has been completely revolutionized from the former models in the 5-Series and other mid-size sport cars. The model has no significant changes in the powertrains. However, its suspension system is different which makes it fall short of the 5-Series sedan.
While the possibility to retain the previous features of the 5-Series, BMW has adjusted the 2011 model in particular ways. The model has been modified to express a sportier and higher priced car than the 5-Series version it is meant to replace.
