Overview
GTI is the other name for the car known by many people by the name Golf, but it is sportier in its make and engine. It is one car with a solid performance from Volkswagen in its line up in 2010. This car is very fuel efficient as it gives a 200 horsepower performance from a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine. So in 2010 GTI brings a lot of power and solid performance in a tiny package.
It is not a racing car but still offers a lot of power that makes it a power packed drive for the person in the driving seat. GTI is available in both a 2 door coupe and a 4 door sedan. Both the models hold a lot of similarities in terms of the interiors and engine power. At a starting price of $23,690 it does extend a lot many characteristics that make it a head turner amongst the rest of its kind.
The Range
Bodystyles: Three-door and five-door hatchback

What’s New?
Apart from providing an all new exterior that is a brushed up version, its front end is noticeably better as well along with an all appealing interior. The 2010 model of GTI from Volkswagen has touchscreen controllers for both its audio and Bluetooth systems.
The Outside
The Mark VI revamp from GTI lends an all new styling that is noticeably trendier, minutely wider and less frothy than its older generation model. Its face has a new grille and a much fresher visual aspect and its back end incorporates a slender top raider.
The Inside
The interiors of GTI haven’t changed much from the older versions. It still uses the same standard clean and absolved set up of tools and checks. The fabrics are high end for this reasonably priced vehicle. These include a standard steering wheel and an ancillary input jack.
Performance & Handling
The GTI has a turbocharged engine that is 200-horsepower with a perfect blend of execution and finish. GTI cannot conquer any competition but can certainly outperform the competition they offer to it. So it’s a star in the making.
Safety
Front, drape and side chest airbags are the standard for the driver and front rider, and side chest airbags are optional for back riders.
