The BMW 7 Series has many likeable features. It has improved a lot aesthetically, it’s V-8 power is startling, the V-12 option has smooth and syrupy features, you will find the handling sharper than what you expected and the backseat is really huge. Some not so popular points would be that the added electronic aids can be rather overwhelming, the iDrive, though improved, is not yet easy like Playskool, and one more thing to note, is that you are not even sure that the v-12 is really necessary.
The 2010 BMW 7-Series has really warmed up. The Bimmer has arrived in the 5th generation, and the luxury sedan has got its style revised and the gawky surfaces and proportions of previous models are absolutely out. The hallmark BMW driving feel is perfectly in place, and this is in spite of lots of new electronic additions and an increase in size. The addition of a V-12 version has put the price of the V-8 powered 750i upwards of $82,000. The V-12 760Li carries a price tag of $132,000. Rivals of the 2010 BMW 7–Series include the Audi A8, the Mercedes Benz S Class, the Lexus LS,the Jaguar XJ and the latest Porsche Panemara.
The BMW 7 Series has made its way up from being the least favourite luxury sedan to being a prized possession today. The styling has improved, it looks relaxed and happy, the glass is slimmer, the shoulders are correctly done, the deck lid has smoothened, the trunk and tail lights have been tightly combined. There is a sublime and sporty look to the Hofmeisterr kink at the meeting point of the rear doors and the D pillar. The grille looks more pleasant, and the aero dam goes real low.
The 2010 BMW 7 Series speaks of luxury and has the most appropriate features relating to luxury. A strong presence of electronic gadgets makes it interesting, but this can border on overwhelming. The iDrive is complex and complicates the driver, a request for simplifying it has resulted in reprogramming and memory augmenting with what-nots that clearly do not go well with the ordinary driver. There is a voice aided navigation system which stores maps on to a 80Gb hard-drive and shows them on a wonderful 10.2 inch lcd. There is also an option for back seat entertainment on V-8 vehicles. The V-12 has options of massaging back seats, night vision, choosing between wood trims and adaptive cruise control. The BMW 7 Series is truly a technology lover’s dream and the iDrive simplified has made it highly in demand.
