The Chevy Camaro SS

By Zaheer on Apr 28, 2011 with Comments 0

The new Camaro took little from the genetics of its most recent, fourth-generation model. The Camaro has a lot of similarities with the Pontiac G8. A question that lingers with fans of the Camaro is that why does the vehicle have heavy doors, cheap, hard plastic interior, and poor visual perspective which makes looking out difficult? These were flaws prevalent in the last Camaro.

The advantage of the Camaro is its gorgeous godlike looks. The style of the Camaro is riveting and spectacular. Its eye-catching aesthetic inspires awe among its viewers. The outline of the vehicle makes it stand out in a crowd.

The Camaro is an excellent machine to drive. Despite the heavy Camaro’s heavy frame it glides silkily along the road. The Camaro SS maneuvers around corners like all rear-wheel-drive cars that have an independent rear suspension. Although the Camaro glides on the road you will still feel heavy as you cruise down the highway. Ideally, the Camaro’s power is felt once you lay the smack down on the throttle over fancy pants driving.

On paper the Camaro looks fantastic it has a big V-8 underhood, six-speed manual, independent rear suspension, and rear-wheel drive but there are still flaws that need to be specified.

The 426 hp does not compensate for the Camaro’s heavy weight. No matter how fast you are going the car still feels heavy and at times it feels even slower. The Camaro isn’t sure of what it wants to be. It took a little bit of everything and wound up sacrificing key aspects for design.

Despite the Camaro’s powerful engine it feels like a drag on the road once you go full throttle. It lumbers down the road and lacks the adrenaline rush once you kick in the gas pedal. The interior was the biggest trip. The aura of coolness from its predecessors have gone and faded away. The interior was filled with plastic materials and has lost its elegance. But the lack of style inside is

The combination of style and substance given by the Chevy Camaro SS offers a lot to casual and race drivers. Its high powered engine provides speed but because of the heavy weight it has lost its luster. The interior design is not for everybody but for specific tastes it has plenty to offer. The exterior is eye-catching and to die for.
