The 2011 Equus is a new model from Hyundaithat will soon be available to consumers in America, although it will be distributed in several countries in the Middle East, China, and Korea. Here are some pre-release details about the Equus that will help influence your decision about your next car.
The Hyundai Equus is powered by two engines: a Lambda 3.8 V-6 and a Tau 4.6 V-8. This, in combination with 5-link suspension system, promises a lot of power backed up by great handling, along with an air suspension system that eliminates various problems with lower cars, such as body roll and frontal scraping.
Safety features are also very intuitive, featuring cruise control that’s electronically monitored to gauge vehicles ahead of it and warns of lane veering. It also has nine air bags, one of which is new to cars, as it activates in front of the driver’s knees, to help prevent leg injury. Cameras in the front and rear of the car allow for easy parking, along with a screen that assists in the process.
The exterior is of a sleek, curved natured, with wide triangular headlights, and a racing style front air intake. The interior is beautifully designed, with an aesthetically pleasing mesh of leather seats, wood paneling, and a metallic trim. Innovative interior lighting finishes the luxurious feel of the car. Comfort is also a priority of the Equus, as it sports numerous heating and cooling elements around the car, an electronic massager in the rear seats of the car, andmedia entertainment.
