After four years of production, it is now the time for it to receive some improvements. Although, the changes are not of drastic type, they will make the car even sportier than before.
The 2011 Coupe will not only receive interior and exterior modifications, but also get new suspension and transmission calibration. The company has decided not to touch the engine compartment. We can assume that the 6.75L naturally aspirated V12 engine is more than enough to get any modification.
The 2011 Phantom Drophead Coupe will feature a long bonnet, short front, long rear overhangs, large diameter wheels, and the quintessential dynamic line descending along its flanks. The interior will feature a restyles seats and an improved steering wheel with a thicker rim.
The engine will remain the same that is a 6.75L naturally aspirated V12 with an output of 453 HP at 5,350 rpm and a torque of 531 lb-ft at 3,500 rpm. The car will sprint from 0-60 mph in 5.7 seconds with a top speed of 149 mph. the engine is mated with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The design is an inspiration from the 100EX Concept. The price of 2011 Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe will remain at $452,000.
