This time Kia is coming to SEMA Auto Show with some of its best models. The news is Kia is bringing its smallest car, the Forte to the SEMA Show. According to Kia, Forte Koup is nothing more than a concept car but we feel that the future for the Forte Koup Type R Concept is very bright. The Forte Koup is a model that is inspired by the company’s first season of racing in the Grand-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. This car is designed by Kinetic Motorsports, who has already built and campaigns Kia’s Koup race cars.
The exterior of the Forte Koup features enhanced exterior panels, which make the front fenders, rocker panels and rear quarter panels. The car is equipped with BBS RG 18-inch forged aluminum alloy wheels with racing inspired tires together with a modified front end.
The interior of the car features the custom seat and door treatments along with some ergonomic improvements for the driver. Some of the other features include a dampened composite fiber disc clutch and a short throw shift kit with kinetic gear shift knob.
