UK is not renowned for making muscle cars or high performance automobiles. There are some parts in Europe where these are produced. But if we talk about U.S., it is a place where majority of the high performance vehicles are made.
A designer, named Claydon Reeves is one who wants to change the perception of the world by designing a concept vehicle which will carry the name of UK’s signature brand, Aston Martin.
The intention behind making this car is to show the world that even a luxury British marquee can be turned into a muscle full of metal mayhem. He calls it CR V8.
Claydon Reeves prefer the old traditional design for CR V8 instead of going for some fancy digs as most of the modern vehicles have these days. Although, this concept car lacks in aesthetic theme, it makes up for this in a number of ways. Some of the prominent features in CR V8 include front air dam, carbon fiber rear diffuser, the front grille, side skirts and headlights. Some other features involve the addition of new braking system to accommodate the bigger wheels, roll bars and a stronger damper. A far as performance is concerned, the CR V8 will come with a 5.4 liters V8 engine having twin superchargers very much capable of producing 550HP.
The CR v8 will be expected to appear at the Monaco Yacht Show next year. It is certainly a nothing less than an elaborated sketch and 3D design.
