As it is known that Infinity is now also available in the European market, but they have decided to approach this new market very carefully by launching a diesel-powered FX model which was also their first diesel.
That car was warmly welcomed and paved the way for this one, the new EX crossover, which is also equipped with a diesel powered engine.
This car is equipped with the same V6 engine of 3.0 liter featuring piezo-injection system. It has a massive torque of 550 Nm and generates 235 bhp. This is surely inspiring, but the entire point of a diesel engine is the fuel economy and it can be gladly reported that the EX will not disappoint in that term also.
The car has 33.2 mpg with 224 g/km of C02 emission. This is impressive and it also does not have a bad performance either. It accelerates from 0 – 60 mph in just 7.9 seconds reaching a top speed of 137 mph.
The price range of the 2010 Infiniti EX30d diesel begins with £35,975. However even the base model is openhandedly equipped with active torque distribution all-wheel drive, Adaptive Shift Control (ASC) 7-speed automatic transmission, rear and front parking sensors, Scratch Shield, 18-inch alloy wheels, Xenon cornering headlights, cruise control and a 7-speaker audio system with 6-CD changer, power-fold rear seats, Bluetooth for mobile connectivity, Aux-In and MP3 decoder.
