- Locate the right lane for you from so many other lanes. Lanes are allocated according to your destination. So make sure to find the right lane and park your car behind the front vehicle.
- Lanes might take some time to move, so better to switch off your engine to save the gas and also the environment from harmful emissions of gases.
- Once the lane starts, follow the front vehicle as your pathway. You might have to take some tough turns, be careful about those. Adjust your speed according to the front vehicle.
- As you enter the ferry, follow the instructions of the ferry staff strictly. They will guide you to the parking spot. The staff is trained to arrange the parking of the vehicles in such away to distribute weight evenly on the ferry. Do not ignore them.
- Park the car with at least 24 centimeters in front of you to accommodate the maximum number of vehicles.
- Park the car at the spot and make sure that you have applied handbrake.
- When you reach your destination, wait for the front vehicle to move. Start your engine and follow the front vehicle to your way out of the ferry. Remember not to make haste; it’s the only way to get off safely.
